Refund policy

We have a comprehensive warranty for repairing SteelPods, which can be found on our website. The policy below only concerns refunds, returns and cancellations.

 

Cancellation of orders that have not shipped

If you have a placed an order for a SteelPod and have changed your mind, then we will refund all monies (including deposits) within 14 days of your order being made.

If you wish to cancel after 14 days, then the cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the fabrication process has started and customisations made to your SteelPod. For example, we will fully refund all monies if work on your product hasn't started. 


Refunds and Returns after goods have been made

If your SteelPod has been made, or you have taken delivery of your SteelPod then refunds will not be accepted. SteelPods are made to your order and colour specification and are treated as bespoke goods under the Distance Selling Regulations.

We reserve the right to correct any damage or faults with the product. Due to the size, weight and shipping costs associated with SteelPods, we reserve the right to demand photographs of the SteelPod to confirm it's condition before proceeding with any return, repair or refund.

We will accept refunds and returns for non-bespoke products, such as replacement timber sets, provided that a request to return the goods is received within 14 days of the delivery, and you ship the products within a further 14 days period. The purchaser must pay for the return postage. 

If for whatever reason, you have unfairly denied or rejected delivery of any bespoke products, you will be responsible for the additional cost of subsequent delivery attempts. If after 30 days you have not provided an adequate solution for collecting or receiving the goods, then we reserve the right to sell your goods on an ebay auction and will refund you the proceeds, less any shipping, storage, auction and administration costs we may incur.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
